Uni Bayreuth Erasmus Learning Agreement

The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. For each semester and for each module, the student is evaluated according to the national rating system. The overall results for each semester are transferred to the EIMAS rating system by conversion 1. 2nd in a scale from A to D (-) and F. This process makes it possible to define a final note in common and unambiguously. As the French national rating system does not allow bijection for 16, 14 and 12, these results are converted to 90%, 75% and 60%. The pluses and minuses are taken into account only in the trials, not in the total scores. For the Portuguese 10 and the German 4.0 and 1.0, the module lecturer decides whether it is D or D and A or A, taking into account the student`s oral participation in the course. Travel can only be held liable and refunded within three months of return. Overpaid advances must be refunded.

No refund without receipt. The fourth semester is held in one of the consortium`s higher education institutions selected by the students. This will be indicated in the Individual Student and Learning Agreement (ISLA) by the beginning of December of the third semester. For the mobility of students for studies, the apprenticeship agreement should define the group of educational components that will be replaced at the end of their studies abroad. See the guidelines below. The EIMAS consortium works closely with the international offices and equality and diversity leaders of each university in the consortium. EIMASCC is the most important point of contact for all EIMAS members and can link them to institutions and persons responsible in all cases such as the Eimas Circle, as a rule, on 1 September and end two years later on 31 August. For the duration of the study, students are enrolled in each of the three unionized universities (University of Porto, Bayreuth University and Bordeaux Montaigne University).

The EIMAS mobility path is defined for the first three semesters: If it is subject to changes to your Learning Agreement during a stay abroad, please email Ms. Duthorn the fully completed learning agreement. Please don`t sign in the “commitment” box. A new signature under the box “during mobility.” Each EMJMD fellow receives a monthly lump sum for the duration of the EIMAS course (four semesters), in accordance with Erasmus guidelines. The type of funding for the entire study period must be indicated in the ISLA. The rules for EMJTM fellows are listed below. Each EMJMD fellow must have a European bank account. The bank account on which financial assistance must be paid must be listed in the ISLA. Other self-funded fellows and students are responsible for funding their entire study period, including all mandatory activities, to ensure the completion of their master`s degree. Information on tuition fees can be found here at the three unionized universities.
