Your profile and CV: If you choose to “make public” your CV in your account settings or when setting up your account: (i) it is added to the resume database; (ii) your CV/CV and profile information (including your personal data, are available to be searched, viewed or downloaded by individuals or entities with access rights to the Resume database, (iii) your CV will be fully or partially visible via search results in the Resume database and (iv) your CV and profile information will be partially visible to clients with active Ads employment. Without prejudice to the contrary provisions of this Agreement, ZipRecruiter reserves the right to limit the amount of information (including CV views and downloads) that can be accessed at any time in order to reduce service overload or in response to misuse of the Services. The Resume database should not be used in a way that affects ZipRecruiter`s activities, causes an undue or disproportionate burden on the ZipRecruiter infrastructure, or disrupts the ability of others to access the Resume database. ZipRecruiter reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Resume database or to terminate this Contract if the agreement or other agreement you have entered into with ZipRecruiter is not respected.
