Existing network providers (excluding ABA providers) can fill out and submit this form to request practical information updates. Follow the instructions on the front page for deposit. Please allow 21 days for treatment. If your group has delegated registration information, visit our Delegate Suppliers page. If you are a group practice, please send us a list of your suppliers with their name, license type and NPI number. To add to your network practice a provider certified by Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) in the last three years: it may take 60 to 90 days for HNFS to declare a new provider as soon as all the completed information is received based on the accuracy of the information provided. Fill out all the columns on the calculation board and email them to PDMRoster@hnfs.com. Indivdiual providers who join a group already mandated by HNFS only have to submit our TRICARE Roster FOURNISSEUR. The ABA Group and the only providers interested in joining the Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) network for the TricARE West Region contract must complete this package and pass it on to HNFS. Please also add a TRICARE Made to Roster ISP. Do not send a single information form provider (PIF) to ABA providers. Where there are no key elements on a paper claim, the system rejects the claim and the deposit provider receives a letter explaining the refusal.
ABA providers should not subscribe to the PIF, but send a TriCARE Group Roster supplier by email, regardless of the number of suppliers in the group. New providers interested in network participation In addition to the CAQH registration statement, TRICARE network providers (excluding ABA providers) must also provide a complementary vendor information form or a PIF form. This additional application requires information that is clear to TRICARE and is not addressed in the CAQH application. In order to add to your network practice a provider that has not been certified by HNFS: Managed Health Network, Inc. (MHN), a sister company of Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) is the co-contractor for behavioral health providers for the TRICARE West region. Since 2004, HNFS has been honoured to provide health services to active and retired military personnel and their families, as the oldest provider of care support for TRICARE, the Ministry of Defence `DoD` uniformed health program and the current northern region contractor. We are pleased to inform you that the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has awarded the t2017 TRICARE West Region contract to HNFS.
